Consultation

A free consultation will give you a chance to tell me your concerns, and goals. We will discuss your current status and how it can be improved. The first workout session is free to get a feel for how I train and what is expected of you if we move forward.

Shred

Shred sessions will be comprised of one hour of your life. I will ask that you give me your all as we proceed to breakdown how you became unhealthy, and how you plan to get back to ground zero. I will push you, I will motivate you, and most of all, I will share every moment of broken silence right by your side. When you think you can’t go on, I will help you release your war cry, as your last set comes to a close.

Diet

Diet is not the same as dieting, therefore you must have a true understanding of caloric intake and how it affects your yo-yoing weight gain. Meal plans will be a large part of your fitness routine, and I will encourage your participation through consistent follow ups and food uploads. The quickest way to a healthy body is a strict eating regimen which will be provided to you for free as part of your training.

My name is Aaron Poindexter and I am a family man, an honorably discharged Army veteran, and fitness fanatic. If you are serious about getting your body in shape within a small amount of time, then I am the trainer for you. I am a no hold bars, firm and strict trainer that truly believes in results.

What is the process to get signed up and what does it include?

Initially you will book a consultation so I can record your weight and circumference number, so we can track weight loss and inches. We will then proceed to an hour of working out to establish your baseline for technique, strength training, HIIT, and sets. Once training is done we will then set up your reoccurring appointment dates and enter your card information into my system. A contract will be signed and your meal plan will be created in order to give you the best possible shred in the shortest amount of time.

How do you structure your payments?

Individual treatments are $40 per session booked at 3x a week to ensure you receive optimal results with a steady caloric deficit and continuous exercise. 3x a week is the minimum required to see a drastic change within the first 60-90 days of your workout regimen. We will discuss your plans, goal weight, and how you plan to maintain that weight and plateau at your happy weight. Long term contractual agreements for 6 months to 1 year are available for 3x to 5x a week and can be put on auto debit to ensure you never miss a session.
