Initially you will book a consultation so I can record your weight and circumference number, so we can track weight loss and inches. We will then proceed to an hour of working out to establish your baseline for technique, strength training, HIIT, and sets. Once training is done we will then set up your reoccurring appointment dates and enter your card information into my system. A contract will be signed and your meal plan will be created in order to give you the best possible shred in the shortest amount of time.
